No. ForexBot AI never holds, custodies, or moves client capital. All trades are executed directly within your connected brokerage or exchange account via API. Your funds remain under your full control at all times.
What is the minimum recommended balance?+
There is no minimum set by ForexBot AI. We recommend a minimum of $500 in your connected broker account for the risk engine to function effectively within its default parameters. Smaller accounts may experience more significant proportional exposure.
Can I use my existing MetaTrader account?+
Yes. ForexBot AI connects to MT5 using trade-only API keys. You continue to monitor all positions in your own MetaTrader terminal. Setup takes approximately two minutes.
How does the AI decide when to trade?+
The engine monitors price action, momentum indicators, volume profiles, and volatility indices across multiple timeframes. A trade is only placed when signals meet a minimum confidence threshold and pass all risk filter checks simultaneously. No guarantee of profitability is implied.
Can I withdraw or stop trading at any time?+
Yes. You can pause or terminate the engine at any time from your dashboard. Withdrawals are processed directly through your broker — ForexBot AI is never involved in any fund movement.
Is manual trading still possible while the bot runs?+
